The Nashville Jr Predators organization is excited to announce a new Girls Development Program. Starting October 4th and running Monday nights through March, 8U, 10U, and 12U will be able to learn and develop their skills with our all-female staff. Our coaching staff for the program includes Delaney Collins, Jennifer Boniecki, Mekenzie Steffen, and Sofia Shaver.

- Delaney Collins is an ambassador for Female Hockey with the Nashville Predators and a Hockey Canada Skills Coach.

- Jennifer Boniecki runs all grassroots efforts including the Preds Girls Hockey programs at Ford Ice Center. Additionally she played ACHA DI Women’s Hockey for The Ohio State University

- Mekenzie Steffen, former Division I hockey player at the University of Wisconsin, is the current Head Coach of the Nashville Jr. Predators 14U Girls team.

- Sofia Shaver is the current Assistant Coach of the Nashville Jr. Predators 14U Girls team and a professional women’s hockey player.
