To become a Coach with the Jr. Predators, there are certain requirements that need to be completed to ensure all coaches are screened and trained for their duties.

 

Manager Resources

TEAM MANAGER BINDER

Team Information

  • Certified Team Roster (1-T) approved by the team’s USA
  • Sanctioned game score sheets, arranged chronologically

Coaches’ Information

  • Signed USA Hockey Consent to Treat Form
  • Signed USA Hockey Participant Code of Conduct Form
  • Proof of appropriate CEP level. Can get a copy of their card or find the information on the CEP List at www.usahockey.com

Manager's Information

  • Signed USA Hockey Consent to Treat Form
  • Signed USA Hockey Participant Code of Conduct Form

 

Players’ Information

  • USA Hockey Consent to Treat Form
  • Signed USA Hockey Participant Code of Conduct Form

MANAGER/VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS

To become a Manager/Volunteer with the Jr. Predators, there are certain requirements which need to be completed to ensure all adult managers/volunteers  are screened and trained for their duties.

Managers / Volunteers:

USA Hockey ID

  • Obtain a valid USA Hockey Player/Coach ID through http://www.usahockey.com/. Cost is free for managers. Please note: this must be completed annually.

Background Check

  • Obtain a background check through SAHA: http://www.sahaonline.org/screening/ (select GNMHA). Cost is $32 and is the individuals' responsibility. Print receipt for your records. Please note: this must be completed every two (2) years.

SafeSport

  • Complete SafeSport the free 90-minute training by visiting: http://www.sahaonline.org/safe-sport-links/.  You will need your USA Hockey to complete this. Please note: this must be completed every two (2) years.
